The service was excellent throughout. I booked through OST. The journey was from Stansted airport to Fen Ditton outside Cambridge. The booking form was clear and easy to filling. Communication with OST was excellent and this was important as our flight time kept changing. We were then put in touch with our Skyways driver, Nasir. The commications with Nasir were also excellent and he was there to meet us at the Domestic Arrivals exit at Stansted. His car was nearby and soon he had our luggage in the boot and we were on our way in a comfortable Merc saloon. The journey was smooth. Throughout Nasir was friendly and helpful. I was moving from Coventry to London on my own with a lot of luggage, so I booked a car from Skyways. It was a very smooth, hassle-free journey. The car arrived on time, and the person who drove me was very courteous and helpful. The WhatsApp customer service was also very good: I received prompt replies to my many queries before I placed the booking; I also received real-time updates on the location of the car while it was en route to Coventry. First time using this company going from Stanstead to london recently of which was nervous initially if they would even show but they were super efficient. Communication from get go was very responsive on WhatsApp and confirmed my trip for me and let me know driver arrived whilst tracking my flight. Even let me add a further stop on the day. The customer service was exceptional. I had prebooked a pick up from the airport. My flight kept getting delayed, in the end by 12 hours. Throughout that time I could easily communitcate with the company and the driver and it wasn't a problem that my arrival time changed by so many hours. Our driver Shani was ever so kind and helpful.
